သစၥာ ( ၄ ) ပါးတရားေတာ္ျမတ္ [ The Four Noble Truths ]

                         သစၥာ ( ၄ ) ပါးတရားေတာ္ျမတ္    [ The Four Noble Truths ]
            
                

( ၁ ) ဒုကၡသစၥာ = ခ ႏၶာငါးပါးသည္ဆင္းရဲျခင္းသာတည္း၊ ပဋိသေ ႏၶေနျခင္း၊ အိုျခင္း၊ ေသျခင္း၊ စိုးရိမ္ရျခင္း၊
 ငိုေၾကြးျခင္း၊ ကိုယ္ဆင္းရဲရျခင္း၊ စိတ္ဆင္းရဲရျခင္း၊ျပင္းစြာႏွလံုးမသာမယာျခင္းတို႕သည္ ဒုကၡသစၥာ မည္၏ ။
The truth of dukkha (suffering, anxiety, dissatisfaction)
= The five aggregates, khandhas, are indeed dukha.Birth, ageing and death and also grief, lamentation, pain, distress and despair are called the Truth of Dukkha. 

( ၂ ) သမုဒယသစၥာ = ခ ႏၶာကိုယ္တြယ္တာမႈသည္ ဆင္းရဲေၾကာင္း သမုဒယသစၥာမည္၏ ။
the truth of the origin of dukkha = The Craving for the aggregates is the origin of Dukkha.

 ( ၃ ) နိေရာဓသစၥာ
= တဏွာခ်ဳပ္ၿငိမ္းမႈသည္ ဆင္းရဲၿငိမ္းမႈ နိေရာဓသစၥာ မည္၏ ။The truth of the cessation dukkha
= The extinction of Craving is the extinction of  Dukkha.
 (၄ ) မဂၢသစၥာ
= ဆင္းရဲၿငိမ္းေၾကာင္းျဖစ္ေသာ မဂ္ဥာဏ္သည္ မဂၢသစၥာ မည္၏ ။ The truth of the path leading to the cessation of dukkha = Insight knowledge, Magga Nana, wich eradicates all suffering, Dukkha.

                           သစၥာ ( ၄ ) ပါးတရားေတာ္ျမတ္    [ The Four Noble Truths ]
1. Dukkha Sacca = Truth of Suffering ; The five aggregates, khandhas, are indeed dukha.
Birth, ageing and death and also grief, lamentation, pain, distress and despair are called the Truth of Dukkha.

2. Samudaya Sacca
= Truth ofthe case of  Dukkha ; Truth of the case of Dukkha ; the truth that attachment to the aggregates of existence is the case of suffering.
3. Niroda Sacca
= Truth of the cessation of suffering ; Truth that extinction of Craving ends suffering.
4. Magga Sacca
= Truth of the Ariya Path ; The truth that Ariya Path of Eight Constituents is the only way to end suffering.
