 ဂႏ ၱ = တုပ္ေႏွာင္ျခင္း



ဂႏ ၱ = တုပ္ေႏွာင္ျခင္း၊ တုပ္ေႏွာင္တတ္ေသာတရား။
         တုပ္ေႏွာင္တတ္ေသာ တရားေလးပါး႐ွိသည္။
(၁) အဘိေဇၥ်ာကာယဂႏ ၱ = သူတစ္ပါး စည္းစိမ္ကို မတရားလိုခ်င္မႈ ေလာဘ။
(၂) ဗ်ာပါဒကာယဂႏ ၱ = သူတစ္ပါးကို ပ်က္စီးေစလိုမႈ ေဒါသ။
(၃) သီလဗၺတပရာမာသ ကာယဂႏ ၱ = အက်င့္သီလ၌ အယူမွားမႈ ဒိဌိ။
(၄) ဣဒံသစၥာဘိနိေ၀သ ကာယဂႏ ၱ = ဤအယူသည္သာမွန္၏-ဟု စြဲၿမဲစြာယူျခင္း ဒိဌိ။
There are four bonds:
1. Bond of covetousness, i.e.,desiring to possess other's property wrongfully,
    abhijjha kayagantha;
2. Bond of ill will; i.e.,wishing to destroy other's , byapadakayagantha;
3. Bond of wrong view regarding practiceof morality, silabbata paramasa-kayagantha;
4. Bond of wrong view that firmly holds' only this is true, idamsaccabhinivesakayagantha.
